Welcome to Wayfinder Counseling & Coaching,
Where we can plot your course, find your path, and discover your destination together. The journey of life can seem difficult at times, but having a Wayfinder to walk beside you on the path before you is essential for navigating the pitfalls ahead
Our Mission
The mission at Wayfinder is to help you address the areas in your life that need healing by providing you with a safe, confidential, and comfortable space for you and a trained therapist to guide you along your way and to help you discover the part of you that has been broken.
Our Approach
Wayfinder's approach to counseling is not a "one size fits all" method. We understand that every person is unique, every desired outcome is distinct, and every journey is different. Therefore, our approach to counseling is to find a personalized method to help support your individual goals.
Being able to address your issues in a safe space is imperative to an effective and collaborative approach when finding your way. After finding out what works best for you, we will create a plan for how to proceed, milestones to achieve, and how to feel empowered to face the hardships of life moving forward. Sometimes it seems too difficult to address anxiety, depression, trauma, dysfunction, or grief on your own. That's why having a skilled therapist trained in evidence-based techniques to help you have lasting and meaningful change is essential to the therapeutic process.

What is the Enneagram?
"The Enneagram is a personality typing system that categorizes individuals into nine interconnected personality types. Each type is defined by core motivations, desires, and fears that shape their worldview and behavior. The system is used for self-understanding, personal growth, and improving relationships and communication."
